Yellow Tower Stage Directions Light Puzzle

Southeast of the colored pegs puzzle and south of the Yellow Tower is a dark blue and black stage at map coordinates 3410, 1590. One player is locked inside the booth while the other stands at the panel of buttons near the seating area. Inside the booth, one of seven lights shines on a panel below the window, but the positions are inverted for the player at the buttons - the top-left light for the booth player is the top-right button outside. The mapping is: 1 becomes 3, 2 stays 2, 3 becomes 1, 4 becomes 7, 5 becomes 6, 6 becomes 5, and 7 becomes 4. The booth player can invert the number first, then raise an arm once per number to signal the partner which button to press. Light seven means raise your arm seven times.
