Blue Tower Crane Drop Puzzle

The Crane Drop puzzle on the coast southeast of the Blue Tower asks two players to press switches on opposite sides of a huge crane almost simultaneously.
At map coordinates 3790, 2250, on the coast to the southeast of the Blue Tower between two sections of land, a huge crane stands on the edge of the beach. On the rocks near the crane, to the north and south of it, there is a stand with a switch on each side. You and your companion each man one of the stands and need to press your switches within a very short time of each other - a small delay is fine, but the presses need to be nearly simultaneous. It is best to have one player press and then signal the other to press immediately. Because arm signals are hard to read at that distance, have the player on the south side carry a lantern and raise it as the signal for the north-side player to press.
