The Blue Locked Room Symbol puzzle in the Black Tower is silent communication. One player locks inside while seven symbols light up; a teammate presses.
This puzzle sits down and to the left of the Black Tower entrance: a locked room with a set of switches outside and a meter above them. One player enters the room while the other stays at the switches. Seven symbols light up at random inside, and the inside player cannot speak, so the group has to agree on a gesture system before starting. A clean system is to number the symbols 1, 2, 3 across the top and 4, 5, 6, 7 for the ones on the buttons, then use countable gestures such as jumps: if symbol six lights up, jump six times. The outside player presses the matching switch, and the meter only rises on a correct press, so patience beats speed. Fill the meter to finish the puzzle and collect its Black Tower reward.
