The Salon in Big Walk lets players pick a shiny paint color. Having a teammate paint you there triggers the Big Makeover achievement.
The Salon is a social location where players can pick one of three shiny paint colors. To unlock the Big Makeover achievement, a teammate must paint you with the chosen shiny color. According to trophy statistics it is a low-percentage unlock, likely because many groups simply never visit the salon during their run. The exact location of the salon on the island is still being documented by this site.
